Inside your home, the furnishings and fixtures are selected with homeowners in mind. Our central heating systems includes thermostatic control valves, as well as a central heating control panel on the lower and upper floors. This is to ensure that your home is adequately heated, whilst allowing you the control to keep your energy bills where you want them. Our properties are also well ventilated, with extraction fans installed in the main bathrooms and vents built-in on all windows throughout the home. For customers who are eager to have solar panelling installed, we can look to accommodate this and incorporate it into the design layout.

The on-site construction teams across our developments are exemplary, delivering continually high-quality homes. Our teams are dedicated to crafting perfection across all house types, using sustainable materials and methods wherever possible.

To ensure that you’re happy with your property from foundations to fixtures, for the first two years of your residence you have full access to our after sales team. While your home is under warranty, the team will be on hand to repair and assist wherever possible.
