In-House Gold customer satisfaction award

Springfield, Dawn Homes and Tulloch Homes have each been awarded the In-House Gold Customer Satisfaction award. The awards are based on customer feedback received through an independent telephone survey.
To secure the accolade, over 90% of surveyed customers need to say they would recommend the builder to a family member, colleague or friend. This is the fifth consecutive year Springfield has achieved this target and the third win for Dawn Homes.
This is the first year Tulloch were considered for the award having only signed up to In-House Research within the last year, and they are off to a great start securing this win already.
