Dawn Glenmavis Show Home commended at the Herald Property Awards

Dawn Homes, part of the Springfield Group, has been commended for its Leven Show Home at its Mayfield’s development in Glenmavis, at the Herald Property Awards held in Glasgow last night.
The Herald Property Awards for Scotland 2022 celebrates the achievements of Scotland’s most innovative and successful home and commercial builders, developers, agents, interior designers and registered social landlords.
The four-bed detached Leven house style with its open plan kitchen and dining area, handy utility and enviable master bedroom was an obvious choice to show case the Dawn high quality at the Mayfield’s development in Glenmavis.
With pops of burnt orange and turquoise throughout against a crisp white walls creates a retro and stylish theme throughout the home. Interior designer, Pauline Clark, has opted for tasteful and memorable décor throughout that accentuates the home. This simple yet effective approach, allows visitors to look past the furnishings and fittings to the see the quality of the build and picture living in the home.
